Here is what to do. The best thing to do for your hair after coloring it is to buy a great deep conditioner so it puts the moisture back into your hair. The best deep conditioner to purchase is Joico k-pak or Redken deep fuel. Either one of these will can be purchased at a salon. You will notice a difference within a week after using these products. You only need to do the deep treatment twice a week to start off with and then after that, only have to use it once a week. Leave on for 30 minutes with a plastic cap so it holds in the heat. Rinse with cool water so it closes the hair shaft and holds the moisture in.

If you really cared, why did you do it without knowing the answer? With *FEW* exceptions-- all haircolor bought from a drugstore, grocery store, etc. WILL damage your hair moreso than professional quality color. If you simply put on a demi or semi permanent color than you should be alright. However, if you used a permanent color and especially if you lifted the level of your hair I would suspect damage. I always tell my clients that their hair is one of the first things people see and it's worth the investment to make it look its best. Happy hair days, dear.

yes but no. Yes because in time all the damage will build up. No, because if you take care of it it might not damage as much
