He's probably trying to give you English lessons but too shy to ask. Last time I looked "dis" and "wit"(your use of it) and "thanxz" were not words but nice try anyway.

Ask to hang out alone but in a public place that way he can be who he really is around you. When I was young I would act differently towards a girl I liked if my friends were around...kids are very judge-mental of others so he might not want to let on that he likes you for fear of ridicule from his friends.

well all i can say is for you to watch out....... im not sayin that he is goin to do something bad but.... with some guys, they would flirt with you like crazy but dont have any interest in you at all...... but this one might really like you but dont want to tell you yet nor does he want to give you any clues........ he is just waiting for the right time to tell you how he feels

maybe u could ask him out 4 a movie or somethin. see what he says. if yes then, see how he acts during the date. if o, he's shy or not interested.
