I slept over at my boyfriends at age 15. Now I am a mom and I think, that as long as you do a good job being a parent, your daughter or son will no what to do in this situation. Sleeping over does not necessary mean sex, if your child knows what it wants. Is your child mature? If it is, I would not worry, they will have sex eventually and you are not able to avoid this but not letting them sleep over, they will alway find a way, just as we did, when we were young.

They will soon be grandparents.Any parent who would let their teen sleep over at their b/f or g/f's house isnt too bright. They forget teenagers are a raging bag of hormones and looking for the opportunity to have sex, and if not looking for that opportunity, then to at least come as close to it as possible without going all the way which they usually do anyway especially when parents more or less send them all expenses paid to the motel 6.

I am sure that some parents let it happen I mean look at how young kids are getting pregnant. It is happening somewhere. I have to say that there is no way that I would allow my kid at 15 to stay the night over at their bf or gf's house even if I was told it would be supervised.

I don't believe in that either. Some parents do that too. They rather have the kids there with them. If the kids are going to have sex there gonna do it reguardless where they are. At home or what ever

What on earth are they thinking? A parents job is to keep them safe and from experiences they aren't ready for. This is behavior is just inviting trouble.

Well I have a different take on it.
When I was younger...my boyfriend's parents had a boat. I use to have sleepover's with my boyfriend on the boat with his parents. It was all one large room cabinet so we were all in the same room. Situations like that are fine with me.
Possible you are misunderstanding the cirucmstances.

A very wise woman once told me " A person will have sex whether they are 12 or 40" and its true. If they are going to have sex, they will do it without your permission or with your permission. Enough said!

No way! Not under ANY circumstances!
I loved my children enough to not want them to get hurt or get into trouble.
