No, human pain pills are toxic to cats. One tylenol can kill a cat. You need to consult a vet to give any sort of painkiller to a cat.

Your cat needs to be seen by a vet. If she has any broken bones, these need to be addressed.
Some painkillers are safe for cats, but you need to call a vet to get exact dosage. DO NOT take the advice of a stranger on the Internet. Not when your cat's life and health are on the line.
Call a vet to get proper dosing. Bring him in tomorrow for a vet check-up on the paw.
Good luck to both you and your kitty. : )

NEVER give a cat human medications without a vet's recommendation. Many over-the-counter pain human medications are highly toxic to cats (acetaminophen; ibuprofen; aspirin; etc.). Since your cat is not limping or favoring one leg, let him be... the problem could resolve by itself without any interferance from you. However, if the injury is bad or gets worse, take him to the vet for proper treatment.

Definetly go to the vet. My cat was in because he was limping. It turned out to be arthritis. He did have x-rays just to be sure. The vet said half a baby asprin or 1/4 of a regular asprin for pain.

well I don't really think you should give him human pain meds it might kill him.....I had a cat before and I left some medicine on the counter and when I came back they were all gone and I found out my cat ate it and it died so I don't think that would be a good idea

Baby Aspirin are kept in the safe at the veterinary clinic I used to work! This is how dangerous baby aspirin can be! You can very easily over-dosed a cat with human medication. Does your cat go outside? Does your cat have contact with another cat/dog/raccoon/squirrel/spider/etc ? He/she may have an abscess - which can turn into a nasty mess if not treated promptly, please take your cat to the veterinarian ASAP!

aspirin metabolizes very slowly in cats and can cause an overdose very easily, i would pick up some meds that are designed for felines instead of trying to monitor the dosing myself

My vet suggested buffered asprin for my dog's arthritis. She was 60 lbs and only got one a day. It would be hard to give a cat a small enough dose not to hurt it.

ASPRIN IS TOXIC TO CATS!!! Be very careful giving asprin to your cat. I personaly would never do that even if the vet told me to. I would ask for a pain killer that is safe for cats.
