the worst habit I have is I move my lips almost like whispering to someone. I dont talk to myself, I just move my lips. most of the time I dont even realize that Iam doing it until someone tells me to stop.My 15 yr.old son has the same habit just not as bad,probably from seeing me do it so much

My worst habit is rubbing my feet together in bed. It drives my fiance absolutely nuts!!!! I just can't control myself, for some reason it feels so good and comforting. My dad has always done it too, and it drives my mom crazy as well.

I chew gum, polar ice. I can't function without it, I guess Oprah would be freaked out by me, she has a phobia against gum.
