Is there any way I can reduce dental plaque?

I know that it's always going to be there, but I feel like every morning I wake up there's more and more in my teeth. I brush, I floss, and I remove the plaque with this... plaque-removal tool (?).

Use a water-pick and chew gum between meals.

You can brush with baking soda and it will scrub the plaque off and whiten your teeth. It isn't the best tasting stuff to put in your mouth, but it sure works. It makes your teeth feel all smooth and clean. Try it and see! Baking soda is the bomb!

Viadent is an over the counter plaque reducer. I t works wonders. I 'll bet you sleep with your mouth open. Theminerals in your saliva are drying on your teeth.

man i am loving Plax! with that and flossing i am slowly removing the tartar buildup since i am not depositing anymore plaque on my teath..it is rad!

fyi, it takes 24 hours for plaque to cement into tartar...as long as you brush regularly you have a good chance of keeping it under control

Do you brush for 2 minutes? try an electric toothbrush and run your tongue over your teeth to see if you missed anything. How many times do you brush per day?Don't forget to brush your tongue.
