The day of the week is arbitrary. What makes you call Monday the first day in France but the second day in USA? And what about all those calendar changes over the centuries? Whole weeks were lost!! Relax!! Does your god care which day you name the day you set aside to honor him? Call the days other names. Start counting from Wednesday. It doesn't matter. Get over it.

Colossians 2:16
So let no one judge you in food or in drink, or regarding a festival or a new moon or sabbaths

I don't see any abolishment of anything mentioned here. If this states that the Sabbath is abolished, then so are food and drink! But what it says is that when I keep God's Sabbath, I am not to let your flawed judgment of my actions dissuade me.

Try reading Hebrews 4:9 (NIV) --
"There remains, then, a Sabbath-rest for the people of God"

So, you misinterpret one Scripture and ignore another in order to support your non-biblical doctrine.

There is a Commandment of God (not of men) that states we are to keep the Sabbath day holy. Show me such a commandment that says to keep Sunday or "the Lord's Day" holy.

I do not condemn anyone. The Word of God does just fine without any help from me.

{BTW, neither am I SDA}

Well your right on one thing, SDA's shouldnt condemn people for not worshiping on the Sabbath, cus the text you quoted talks about judging people, so we hold no place to judge anyone, telling people about the Sabbath should spring out of love for your brothers and sisters and sharing knowledge on what you have learned about serving our Saviour better. But as far as "the Lords Day on sunday" I disagree. See the Sabbath day was something made by men, so men have no right to change it in the least. The Sabbath neither was first given to Moses and the Isrealites while they were wondering in the wilderness. The Sabbath was given as a gift to man at the beginning of time on the 7th day of the Worlds creation, we see this in Genesis 2:1-3-1Thus the heavens and the earth, and all the host of them, were finished. 2And on the seventh day God ended His work which He had done, and He rested on the seventh day from all His work which He had done. 3Then God blessed the seventh day and sanctified it, because in it He rested from all His work which God had created and made. It was one of Gods divine institutions. When the commandment was given for Sabbath was given in Exodus God wrote it in Stone with His finger, in stone to represent that it cannot be changed, with His finger to show how divine it is. Now that only applies to the sabbath its applies to all of the commandments of God. But whats special about the sabbath is that its the only one of the ten which defines the living God who created the heavens and the earth and all things that are therein. When the foundations of the earth were laid, then was laid the foundation of the Sabbath also. So the 10 commandments have never past away, therefore neither has the Sabbath. Now the way sunday worship began is an interesting story, also the reason why the Devil thought it so important to cause it to happen is intruiging, but thats not part of your question so I'll leave that alone :), but if you would care for me to share just email me.

It doesn't say the Sabbath day is Abolished.

Colossians 2:16
16Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:

We are not to Judge anyone about Keeping The Sabbath Day. It doesn't say, Its changed from the 7th to the 1st Day of the Week any where in the bible.

Where does that Scripture say Abolished? Isn't that man's doing?

That scripture could mean alot of things, but it CLEARLY doesn't says abolished there, or any other scripture in the bible.

Its one of the 10 Commandments written in Stone, by the hands of God. Not entrusted to even Moses to write!

Seventh Day Adventist defiantly condemn us who go to church on Sunday. I have seen billboards where they advertise that observing the Sabbath on Sunday is the mark of the beast. It says: "Sabbath=Saturday, Sunday Laws=666" So do not pretend that they don't.

We are not allowed to condemn anyone. The relationship with God is the main thing. Jesus was scolded for healing on sabbath. We need to keep the main thing as a main thing. : )

My church has services both Sunday and Saturday.

the law was nailed to the cross. believers are not under the old testiment laws. we live by grace. we can keep any day or none as that special day. thats why it says let no man judge you. sda church definetely condemn those outside for not keeping saturday. they believe that in the last days the govt will force them to keep sunday and then we will all see the truth and become sda. if we dont we will be lost. this is the mark of the beast(the catholic church). dont let them act innocent about this. they are very deceptive as cults usually are

16Therefore do not let anyone judge you by what you eat or drink, or with regard to a religious festival, a New Moon celebration or a Sabbath day.

It doesn't say abolish, but it does say; do not let others judge you. It would stand to reason coupled with 'do unto others' that this scripture means that you should not judge others as well as not let others judge you.

It does not abolish the sabbath. It says to not judge people by what they do on the sabbath.
