So, there's this girl I am deeply in love with. I have told her my feeling last year but she said she just wanted to be friends. However, for the past few months I have been offering my help, texting her and I have even made a b'day card for her. However, there is another boy who is after her and I do not know how she feels. And I am very shy whenever I want to talk to her so we rarely conversed.
Yesterday I was sitting next to her while we were having english class. We were watching a DVD and I saw her like trying to cover her thighs for a few times (it is rather exposed). What does it mean? Does she think I am a pervert or other way around, as an attraction signal?

From one shy guy to another: you are overthinking this. She was either A. uncomfortable and trying to adjust to be comfortable B. trying to pull down her skirt or shorts she wasn't being overly promiscuous C. bored and fiddling
From what you've said, she most likely does not think you're a pervert... it sounds like you have noble intentions.
My final advice would be to be bold. Take a risk. Take a chance. You have nothing to lose or be nervous about. Live your life and just put yourself out there. Girls want someone who will take the intiative on certain things. This is one of those things.

Definitely NOT as an attraction signal. That would be if she was exposing her thighs more by slightly pulling her skirt up. She was probably feeling self conscious. She could probably sense you were looking, which you must have been to notice her pulling her skirt down so many times. It was a sign of discomfort NOT a come-on. She probably feels discomfort because she knows you like her and keep doing stuff for her and totally does not feel the same way. Back off. And, I have to say, you do sound slightly pervy and a bit obsessive. Let her go

Chances are she didn't realize how short her skirt was until she sat down in it. She is probably modest and was uncomfortable being so exposed. You had nothing to do with it.

i think she likes you, and was self-counscious because she wanted you to think she was pretty, if you get what i'm trying to say. that, or she could just be pulling her skirt down because it was going up her leg.
you sound like a VERY nice guy, just try to talk to her more and there shouldn't be any reason why she won't like you.
