ok I have been looking everywere on my photoshop 7.0 to see how to do this design..

In this picture it shows to anime girls and some designs around the top, can you please help or tell me what shape or font or tool she used to make these desigs, you see them with the different colors and stuff i need to know how she did this because everyone around me know's but me, and I am dying to get me editing skills to be much better, but with me being stuck on this one design, i need help knowing how to do it..please someone help..^_^ thank you..

copy that design and paste it onto your picture. use the magic wand tools.

optionally you may want to look into filter > distort or twirl or anything. just insert a square and try to apply some filter to it such a shape distortion.

Since you got the pic in .jpg format, you need to manually erase the names using Eraser tool or Clone tool if you know to use it. It would be a lot easy if you got a copy of the pic without the names, or the file in photoshop format with the text layers on which you can easily edit. You may try Keiths Hand, Kirbys Hand, Kyles Hand, Ambers Hand...they look very close to those fonts. Try also: A Charming Font, Kristen, and Jokerman they also look cool. You can view and choose your fonts in Microsoft Word 2007 since Photoshop 7.0 does not preview the fonts.

The designs on top and bottom areas are just a few scribbles of a Brush tool..

Ofcourse the pen tool. Without the pen tool you cant draw such paths.
