Happy what is that , an emotion that is the opposite of sad , so without being sad ,you cant be happy , I could tell you what make me happy , waking up in the summer before sunrise, letting the sun hit your face and glad that we live in a country like Canada, Help someone without expecting an thing back is probability the easiest way to feel happy,
If that fails then just try smiling for about two minutes

Yes, but you will have to help yourself, or go out and seek professional help. Either way, you will have to make changes in your life to make something happen. Leaving things the way they are in your life right now, will leave the things that are bringing you down, stay the same. ACTION of some kind has to take place. So get moving towards the positive. Ask for help, don't be proud! Feeling low and bad is no way to live. You will be surprised on how many different methods they have out there to help people, and you may be surprised on just how many people probably love you! Don't ever stop trying to help yourself-you are worth it!!

You didn't go into any detail, but I hope you have someone to talk to. I don't think anyone can ever be completely happy, but it is possible to achieve a normal amount of happiness. The first thing you should do is consider how well off you are compared to the many unfortunate people in this world. Secondly, to be truly happy you have to give freely of yourself by serving others.

If your not happy and you think you don't have a life then get help. Your the only one who can do this. People can help you but you have to make the first move. See a councelor or find something you enjoy doing and do it. Find hobbies and set yourself goals that you know you can achieve. Never be too hard on yourself. I was suffering badly from depression and somebody turned around to me and said "pick yourself up, dust yourself off and just keep on walking". You may then say"easier said than done", well it's easier done than said!

That's entirely up to you. If you sit and feel sorry for yourself without doing anything positive to get out of your depression, then no. But if you approach it with persistence and optimism, then yes. If you need a doc, get a doc. If you need new friends, get new friends. If you need to psych yourself up, then do it with positive affirmations. If you need something to do, then get out there and do something for someone else. It'll make you feel good. :)
