For ever my sister, mom, and dad have been nagging me about eating right. Well I cant handle my eating habbits and what I eat blah blah like that. So my sister teeses me about being fat and points out people who are saying "Your gonna be like that" type stuff. Well I want to keep in helthy shape and everything. I am pretty lazy so working out never works for me but I want to FINALLY eat healthy. Do you have a diet plan for teens like me who want to be a little skinny, or just want to eat right to lose pounds. Please i need some help to shut up my sister, mom, and dad! HeHe!

Just make better choices! Keep away from fast foods, junk foods, sodas, candies and sweets! Load your plate with salads, veggies and fruits. Of course, don't forget about protein and dairy!
Drink water!! Water really does help with losing weight!
Get active! That doesn't mean you have to work out. Just ride a bike, go for a walk, go swimming, join in on sports--anything! Just get moving!! Little things really do add up!

You can do it! Start making better choices today!
