Can't stop teething, but you can help the situation.

One thing that helped me when lilly was teething.. I took a washcloth and dipped it in water and froze it.

once it was nice and cold, I let her gnaw on it like a toy. It really helped.

However it sounds like you are having a behavioral problem starting. When she is chewing on something she shouldn't be...give her something she should.. Like her toys, a bone, whatever.

COMPRESSED rawhides are good for teething as well.

Make sure they are compressed, so they do not splinter. A good brand is ' ranch rewards'

There is a product called Bitter Apple. Try it. It is very effective when trying to keep a puppy from chewing on things. They taste it and don't want what they are chewing on.
You can buy it at any Pet Supply Outlet. Also, buy him plenty of chew toys. Try a kong toy. You can put a treat inside and it keeps the pet busy for hours trying to chew & get the treat out.

Well you can't, but you can provide healthy alternatives to what your puppy is teething on!
Hard rubber toys, ropes and such. But mostly interaction and stimulation. When you catch him chewing on something inappropriate, exchange it with a toy or treat like a carrot. That out to satisfy some time for a few minutes. You can also try crating the pup when he is unsupervised to prevent any accidental foriegn body injestions of lets say lip gloss!
Good luck.

You can't stop a dog teething. Give him lots of Kong toys, chew toys, bones (RAW ONLY) and toys to chew.

It's something everybody who has had a puppy has gone through. You need to be firm and consistent with discipline with a firm "NO" take the sock (or whatever he ISN'T suppose to be chewing) away from him and replace it with one of his toys or a nice raw bone.

Get him a bunch of toys that he can chew on like kongs, bones, etc. When you catch him chewing on something he should not, take it away, tell him "no" and give him one of his toys. When puppies teeth, they need things to chew on.

Take your dogs teeth out by surgery. No teeth...no teething. If you want to stop your dog from chewing on things, then simply say in a commanding way, "No bite!" everytime you see it. It will slow down/stop over time.

'my sister' haha that sucks.

make sure there are a lot of chew toys, albeit bones, rawhides, something he can really enjoy.

and keep a water spray bottle on fine mist handy, for when he chews on your sister and furniture.
