Any suggestion for the wind that has well mixed flavor with sweetness and bitterness? any cheess that can go along with it?

A well made Viognier. As a white wine it has nice fruit characteristics, but it quite dry on the pallet.

Cheeses, any brie, camembert, even your more smelly cheeses will go well with this.

Kendal Jackson is a good wine that has a sweetness to it along with a slight bitterness and usually american cheess go good with it. Hope that helps.
