I know that if the vitamins aren't in liquid form they are almost entirely useless and multi vitamins many times negate each other by having too many vitamins packed together. Whatever vitamins you take make sure you do your homework. They need to be liquid and taken as individual vitamins or make sure the vitamins you are taking at the same time are not negating the effects of the other vitamins. Eggs are the perfect food so eat a lot of them. If you can eat as much and as many varieties of vegetables and fruits to grantee the perfect body full of everything you need and water is your friend you should drink at least (in ounces) the number that is half your body weight exp. if I'm 100lbs I need to drink 50 ounces a day of water. Hope this helps. If your looking for the best exercise do isometrics and yoga ... YOGA is the best way to keep your body fit in mind, body, and spirit without adding a bunch of useless bulk. you'll be flexible, super strong, and in the best health of your life. Isometrics is simply flexing your muscles to the max hold for 20 seconds and release...do this 3 times in a row and as often as you like. You can center on individual muscles of the body by flexing in different positions. You'll be amazed with the results. Enjoy.

Vitamins aren't always the way to go. You need to eat healthy and exercise. Don't over work your body with just weight lifting. You need a good balance of fruits and vegetables as well as proteins and carbs. The fastest way to find out what's right for you is to talk to a dietitian or your doctor. He'll be able to tell you all the things you need to know. Things don't always work for everyone...talking to someone in the field is the best way to do it.

Research nutrition and working out. Read or talk to your gym about this too.
