Hello, I.C.U.

Although I certainly want Jesus to come, not certain I want to endure the hard times this world must go through first--It's not over yet.

There is a page that describes exactly what the Bible says when Jesus comes. It will be a splendid thing, the consumation of our faith. But for those who failed to develop characters that will endure the test of eternity.... Check it out at www.revelado.org/coming.htm

Blessings, One-Way

I of course know that dead people stay dead, but if you're right and he has risen, then we have to assume that 2000 years later he doesn't think his "elect" are worth coming back for.

Or maybe no one has caught his attention. I've read about this technique once that you could try. You call on the name of your god from morning till noon. Shout, "O ____, answer us!" Dance around the altar and twitch on the floor like dying cockroaches. If he still doesn't come, shout louder! After all, if he is a god he can hear you from wherever he is. He could just be distracted elsewhere, deep in thought, busy, traveling, relieving himself, or maybe he's sleeping and has to be woke up. So shout really loud! And if that doesn't work you can impress him with your devotion by slashing yourelves with swords and spears, until the blood flows. Canaanite mountain gods like blood after all. Prophesy frantically! Maybe it will impress him as much as it impresses believers and he'll stop by for a miracle or two.

No wait. In the story I read that didn't really work. On the other hand what believers have been doing for 2000 years hasn't worked either, has it? Still no Jesus. Not even a guest appearance on Leno. Maybe he got lost?

MICHAEL AND SATAN AND THE FINAL PIT

Yes it will come at the right time and I will not be alive to see it, but imagine
NO SATAN?

I do not hear people saying they know all about Micahel of Jude 9; and Dan.12:1-13; as to end times, in battle with Satan such and such a year in
Rev.12:3,4,6-12; and that Michael and holy angels cast Satan out of heaven to have a short time in the end times, and I do not hear them say what that short time might be.
So it will be with Armageddon, they will put Satan in the pit for 1000 years.
Matt.25:31-34; The goats have no say any more.

After the god of this world 2Cor.4:3,4; has no power in it, and those living can see the light of day, a whole new understanding, things take on a whole new meaning.

Those who lean unto there own understanding of scripture are leading others astray and blinded by their "pride!" But this has to occur for the Kingdom of God is coming to this earth and establish His way as the only way.

Pride is man's downfall. The End of the circle of man's self rule will be the beginning of Christ's Kingdom but that "pride" must be broken first!

thank you for the stable question for us to contemplate. the stable shepherd extremely consult with how a shepherd is finding after the sheeps. The shepherd will handbook and shield the sheeps in the open container, herding them in the direction of particular holiday spot wisely. stable shepherd will in no way go away even one single sheep lost, nor will He enable any wolves to consume any of His sheeps. The sheeps hear the voice of the grasp / shepherd (as adversarial to Goat - rebellious animal). we are all the sheeps as suggested in the Bible, as all of us comprehend the voice of our grasp Jesus from examining and discovering the words of God in the Bible. we are in a position to become conscious of / determine the voice of our shepherd type the devils'. the supervisor shepherd is the single and in basic terms, the only way, the fact and the existence, our Lord Jesus. there is not any different God yet Him. with the aid of Him, we are being reconciled with the father God, and bestowed & geared up with the Holy Spirit of God. you will locate all this theory suggested in the Bible. Take a chill pill (not a real pill... <-< >->) and just relax.

Well, I have mixed feelings about the issue. Yes, it would be nice for the pain of the creation to cease, but the coming of Jesus might also mean the start of everlasting pain for me.

well it depends on the spiritual stage you are at. if you are perfect, stay that way and if Jesus comes during your generation, good for you. but if like me, you are still trying to find the path to perfection then you should try to become perfect before you anticipate Jesus's coming. i think you should also try to convert people to Christianity rather than want them to die.
