Absolutely! Carrots, snap peas and green beans are alternative treats to the high and fatty goodies found on the pet store shelf. As long as she has the teeth to chew she should be fine. They are also highly used as treats with dogs who have food allergies. My staffies love fruit too! Strawberrys and melons.
AVOID onions, grapes and raisens! As they are toxic to dogs and cause renal failure (kidneys).

Yes it's OK to feed her a few carrots now and then as a treat or in her food (if feeding a raw diet). They are a great alternative to salty dog treats that you find in a supermarket.

Our Chihuahua loves baby carrots, both cooked and raw. Our vet said they're fine, though raw is better, just stop if you see the dog's skin starting to turn orange.

You can, but it is pretty pointless. Animals don't have the digestive enzymes to break down the cell walls of fruits and vegetables. So none of the nutrients can be absorbed. They just eat em and poop em out.

I look at it this way. You dog probably has another 3 or 4 years left. If she likes them, let her have them.
