at my job I have found a woman attrative and real nice, we have only said hello in passing and when either one of us knows the other is in the room I can feel the attracion (at least I do) we eye flirt and cross paths but do I or dont I make an attempt? Ive sent flowers and have NEVER said who it was from, although I do think she knows do I say anything? Should I just leave it alone and wait and just admire from afar.

Just leave it. She might be creeped out if she knew you were sending her flowers and seeing her every day and not saying anything. At some point, maybe you will talk because you are in a group situation and there will be some interest on her part in you and things may progress. Then someday, far down the road, you could wait until she said something about flowers she got from a secret admirer. Then judge whether to admit you sent them but you were shy. Somethings are better left a mystery!

It depends on how close you work with her. Dating someone you work with can be risky in a number of different ways. But by no means is it a doomed situation! I think it's cool you're considering whether now is a good time or not, I think you have done pretty good playing it cool and not rushing anything. Good luck.

just work up to her one day and ask her to a movies or something or ask her out, or be her close friend first then make a move, don't be too shy about it, some girls don't like shy guys.
