Astral Projection, I've tried it and failed. Any idea's of things I can try? Differemt methods?

I have been a 'traveler' for some time and have seen many different place, here on Earth and out in the universe....I have seen many places. For me, it just happens...never know when, it just happens.

Just don't try 'too' hard...you end up concentrating on the concentration. Think of a place...just beyond the horizon, close your eyes and reach out with your thoughts and you will find yourself in the other place...and very quickly.

I have had an out of body experience once. But it scared me. So I didn't try to travel outside the house. I thought I was walking down the stairs and looked down and saw I was floating. There was a web site I went to to share what happenend and they had info on practicing this and doing it intentionally. Look in your search engine, as I have forgotten the web address. Good luck.

AP is pretty tough. I don't do it, just for lack of interest. I think the Golden Dawn works with it a bit, and you might find something on their website. Just do a Yahoo search on The Hermetic Order Of The Golden Dawn.

Have you tried singing "Twinkle twinkle little star"? Or perhaps repeating "Star bright star light first star I see tonight" - it will be about as effective as the methods you have used and any methods people will recommend to you.
