my dad just got a ticket for driving on the highway with his highbeam...which i didn't think was wrong...

it was in collin county texas. in the same metroplex as dallas.

It totally depends on where the ticket was written. The fines are based on the town, county, or state.

it should be just a set fine. your dad probably flipped his brites at the cop to get the ticket
