in 1997 i was told by a psychic who has worked with the Michigan State Police that i had lived at least 4 times before........i am not asking if YOU believe in this, I am asking how they are able to see this (i am a believer) and how could you find out who you "were" before without hypnosis? (i can't be hypnotized)

Start collecting déjà vu moments in a journal and take pictures if you can. After a while you should start to see a pattern. It won't be easy. It might take years and reading a lot of books on areas and people that are boring. Nevertheless, this can work.

Ignore the nonsense from the ignorant.

Its really not that hard to do. Just meditate and ask that you be allowed to recall one of your most recent past lives. If you keep your mind clear of extraneous thought you should start to get recollections that come to you like images. They will feel a lot like memories but they will not seem to fit in your current life. The entire memorie will continue to unfold for quite a while. You may even recall things after you stop the meditation. These can be emotionally charged so expect an interesting ride.

Don't let the devil worshipers get you upset with all of their nonsense about demons, evil spirits and devils.

Love and blessings Don
