In a usual street intersection, the people are crossing while the cars are still. But after a while a boy was running, hoping that he could get across the street , but the cars were starting to go. A man suddenly pushed the little boy, trying to save it from a big truck, but the truck on the lane where the man was stopped. The car on the other lane, where the boy was, still kept on going. So, the boy got hit by the car.
Who will get the penalty or crime? The man or the car?

Both. But if the judge understands that man was trying to save the boy, then the car will.

Have a good evening and please leave a comment if you pick me as best answer.

both....the man, he may have been trying to save the boy's life but he did push him into a moving car.....the driver should be at some fault though for not being more aware about the child crossing the street...as the kid could of panicked and turned back on his own anyway.

A driver is always responsible for accidents involving his car. Even if he was clearly not at fault. The driver's insurance will be paying for the wrongful death for the boy.

driver of the vehicle is because a judge will have to decide what the man's intentions were and will have to hold the driver accountable for not watching out for pedestrians.

the car would get the penalty...

he has the gas and will be held liable in cases of accidents.
