You can learn to fly as a private pilot (http://www.aopa.org/ ) and gradually obtain the various certifications required to become a commercial pilot (http://360.yahoo.com/private_jet_charter ) and work in the private jet industry to pick up your turbine engine experience (http://www.legfind.com/SiteMap.aspx?SiteMap=Operators )

Good luck with the flying!

Start reading as much as you can about aviation. Once out of highschool, go to an flight school (college or university). Decide for yourself which one you choose. There are also some normal flight schools out there (like Delta Connection Academy and ATP).
Once you finish your training, the most important thing will be to get the amount of hours necesary. If you have a CFI license, you can get a job at a flight school as a flight instructor, so that you can build up on hours, Keep in mind that you will need a lot of Multi-Engine time.
Start apllying at various airlines as soon as you start reaching the required minimums (mostly in the region of 1000 hours Total Time, of which 250 hours Multi Time)

You have to go to school. There are many schools that train commercial pilots. Try searching for commercial pilot training on any search engine.

Keep in mind that this is a very competitive field, and you'll start out on the bottom rung of the business. That means short pay and long hours in old planes.

Go to www.thaviation.com for it gives in precise detail exactly what you need to have to apply to be a commercial pilot. There aare many Flight Schools where you would go to get your training and where you'd meet the requirements to get your license in Commercial airplane flying. Since you still have 3plus years to finish high school you have then lots of time to also check into employment opportunities of those who get licensed-the ration of those being licensed VS those who actually get employed. Also the future of Commercial Airlines should also be condsidered for presently many airlines are in the red, merging(airlines joining together to stay in business) and cutting costs to keep down expenses and one cost reduction is to keep only needed personnel with pilots pulling more than one shift. Although salaries are a rspectable figure its not a high demand profession as other trades for only so many airlines and positions available.I suggest that you check into all the opportunities that involve flying and not just limit to commercial for all require the appropriate licenses. Talk to your school Counselor about Employment Predictions for the future-what jobs will be in demand and so on for ithats ios one of the School Counselors Job Reponsibilites-to get students prepared so when they get graduate will have the skills/knowledge necessary to get a financially sound career.
