We make a lot of pizza in my house and sometimes we opt to make pizza without mozzeralla cheese. We use just some parmasan cheese or none at all. Also, a "white" pizza, AKA foccacia, is good as well. You just use some garlic, salt, peper, orengano, olive oil and grated cheese. Super as well! Pizza is all about what you like. Try without the cheese!

You might thind so, but you'd need to try it, then you wouldn't have to ask, you'd know. I personally would not like it. I love cheese, and always add extra to a pizza.

It's tomato pie with no other toppings. It has to have a good thick crust though with good sauce. When it's good it doesn't matter whether it's warm or cold.
