Anyone put ground up birthcontrol pills in your shampoo? Someone told me its a way to get your hair to grow fast because of the hormones in it. Anybody ever try it? Did it work?

Sweetie, birth control is not a growth hormone.. nor will it work to grow you hair. Try adding more protein to your diet and taking a multivitamin. If you arent already using quality hair products, you should switch and get regular trims. Happy hair days!

think of it this way, hair grows inside of your scalp, putting them in your shampoo wouldnt put the horomses in your scalp. BUT if you took the pills properly, the horomones would circulate through your body and i figure some would make it to your scalp. i dont know if even that would make your hair grow faster, but at least you would be protected from an unwanted pregnancy lol

It can't work. Birth control pills, like all pills are taken orally to chemically mix with your blood, liver, etc to do their job. I'm no scientist or chemist so it's hard for me to explain. If you mix them with your shampoo, you would be washing it down the drain anyway.

Neither taking delivery administration or using it to the exterior of your hair will make it advance rapid. in case you pick you hair to advance, eat healthful, drink a number of of water, take stable care of it ( do no longer over technique it) and perchance take a multi diet.

hair doesn't grow faster from anything you put ON your hair. your hair grows from inside hair follicles which aren't touched by any shampoo or anything. i believe increasing zinc intake makes your hair grow a bit faster and thicker, but i could be wrong.
