This boy is a friend of someone who likes me and we are having some quarrels right now. He's even the one teasing me to his friend but actually I don't like his friend but I'm afraid I'll hurt his friend's feelings if he'll know that I like his best friend and not him. What will I do?

Learning about how to deal with other people is the reason for dating. Some of these relationships work out and some do not.
You are you and not somebody else. You should know what makes you comfortable and happy and you should know what makes you uncomfortable or sad. You are the one who is making the choices in your life.
Look to your own thoughts and feelings first. Be true to yourself. Do not get caught in a relationship that will make you miserable. Especially for fear of hurting someone else. Sometimes other people will get hurt no matter what you do.
This is not to say that you should never mind the effect that your choices are having on others, but rather do not make choices that puts you last.
