Before he applies for his K-3 visa to come to the U.S?

I mean if he comes here and something happens to me (God forbid) Does there have to be a Will for him to stay in the U.S?

A living will is an optional legal device which states that in the event you are incapacitated and cannot live without being on a life support system that you don't want to be like a vegetable on life support. Let you die with dignity. It has nothing to do with you marrying a foreigner.

A will is not a requirement to marry a foreigner.

A LIVING WILL is a personal decision. EVERYONE should have an updated will, no matter how little you have.
