HAHAHAHA!!! I KNEW it was only a matter of time before one of you "Nuwaubian Moors" people got a Yahoo Answers account!
Man, I spent 5 years listening to these people's leader (Dr. Malachi Z. York, aka Chief Black Eagle, aka The Man from Planet "Rizq"). All I ever learned was how to ask 360 questions to Christians, Muslims, Jews, and any other religions you can think of. No answers, just questions.
Trust me people, this guy is not looking for an answer to his question. He would probably be better off starting a blog, because all Nuwaubian Moors are taught to debate, and THAT'S IT!
But anyway, to answer your question, God breathed his own breath into Adam (or Zakar, or whatever you people are calling him now).
I do pray that your eyes would be truly receptive to the truth so that when it appears to you, you will be set free......

Well, all I know is this. Genesis 2:7 " And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.
God has the ability to create, see everything and perform miracles. God simply breathed life into his nostrils. Why would you even want to know what it was that he blew? I would assume simply oxygen...

No, He breathed the 21 Grams into us... Somewhere I researched that the INSTANT a person dies, inexplicably there are 21 grams that leave the body...
Some consider it to be the soul, others... don't know.
