I thought Jesus was given the Bible to preach with.

If you dont leave a book, those who come after will have nothing to go on.

Consequently, God gave Moses the Torah and the Bible to Jesus.

But I guess the current Bible contains only things written by other people, and whatever that was sent to Jesus, just got lost in the wind.

Jesus wasn't given the bible to preach with it. The 12 apostals and moses wrote it by the power of the holy spirit. They wrote about jesus and other people.

there are many statements by Jesus, recorded by witnesses.

Jesus preached straight from God and also from the Torah (the 1st 5 chapters of the bible)

The Bible is a witness to God. Jesus lived the life, He didn't witness it.

The primary mission of Jesus was not to bring a message (although he did preach); prophets had brought messages before. His primary mission was to suffer, die, and rise from the dead, so that the world, which had fallen away from God's intentions for it, might be restored to unity with God.
Why not read the Gospel of Mark? It's the shortest one, it takes only about 45 minutes to read, and then you will have a clearer idea of what Jesus is about.

Scripture was given by the Prophets by Jesus, through the Holy Ghost.

Jesus is LORD God in spirit. He is the Living Word of God and the flesh.

Scripture can not be changed or broken it must be fulfilled to be completed, to be finished.

This is why Jesus frowned upon marriage, you are not to take oaths, an oath can not be broken it can only be fulfilled.

Many of you condemn the Gospels because they contradict each other, they do not.

My God my God why have thou forsaken me is scripture and to be fulfilled the words must be heard.

Jesus being born Bethlehem was scripture it had to be done to fulfill (complete) the oath.

The Temple Erected in the name of God is scripture it could not be broken only fulfilled,

The actual verse is tell my servant David thou shall not build me a house to dwell in, the Word of God, Jesus is the author of the scripture. Look in any concordance the Word of God appears only 4 times in the entire Old Testament.

The God of Moses is SATAN. Look in the dictionary for the meaning of SINAI, as in the Mount and the Desert.

Then recall As Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness,...
As if you really don't know who the serpent is, or how bout,

for the law was given by Moses, but grace and TRUTH came by Jesus Christ, what does this verse truly mean to you

Very good question...

Jesus(A.S) was given the Injeel(Good News) to fortell of the coming to earth of the Kingdom of Heaven, established by the Final Messenger of God, or the Second (Kingly) Messiah.

It is noted in the third and fourth lines of the 'Lord's Prayer'...

'Thy kingdom come'

'Thy will be done'

or better yet:

'When your kingdom comes'

'Your will on Earth shall be done'

I've done extensive research on the 5 gospels along with the Gospel of Barnabas and the Dead Sea Scrolls. In the Dead Sea Scrolls it actually prophesies of TWO coming Messiahs. One who was Ecclesiastic(Priestly), and the second who was Kingly(Military). Jesus(A.S.) was the First Messiah.

The First 5 gospels(Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, Acts) I've mentioned have NO credibility as they were written at least 30 years after the cruci-FICTION by men who never met Jesus(A.S.).

Jesus's(A.S.) original, uncorrupted teachings were lost, unfortunately...

And contrary to popular belief, Jesus had MORE than 12 disciples. He had about 5,000. To those who are offended, DON'T BE. If you were so devout, do more research...

Seek knowledge for knowledge is power; power is freedom; freedom is peace...

Peace be upon you...
