I need help in choosing sub woofer?

i have a toyota 4runner and right now i just have two 6x9's with amps. i want to get subs but i dont know if i should go with two 10s or two 12s. also should i amp the subs and i am lookin for sound quality not loudness. so what should i get???

space is no problem so go with the 12's and yes amp it up checkout onlinecarstereo.com they carry several brands and they have reviews too

I would get two 12 inch jl audio subs. Amp the subs!
