If you have tried everything you can purchase without a perscription it's time to go see a dermatologist. You can continue to try products like neutragena and proactive which work for a lot of people but the truth is it sounds like you need some extra help. The dermatologist can give you something that will clear it up quickly! It could even be cystic acne, which comes from whithin you, and the only thing that helps cystic ace is a pill. Do this before you develop acne scars. Good luck :D

I just heard in the news from a pro dermatologist that applying tomato every day twice a day actually, can help prevent acne use it as a mask and leave it on for about 30 minutes. I have a lot of acne but not on my face I get it on my back and sometimes on my chest. Been using tomatoes for about 2 months now and seems to work great. No pimples have came out like before. Hope this works

NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL
1/ Never, ever touch your face.
2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day.
3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal
4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal.
Do not get pregnant while taking vitamin A. Do not take any more, like Accutane, it will stop you growing.
5/ Never, ever. pick, squeeze or pop your spot. Read number 1 again.
6/ Do this for 90 days.
7/ Invest in a brand new pillow and 2 new or more pillow cases to double bag' your pillow. HOT wash every couple of days.

A bit of advice given to me as a teenager, a bit of science as I am studying allergic reactions and vitamin A is a part of that. A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. I have circumstantial evidence that acne is the result of dermatophyte transfer from hands to face...where it does not get washed off and is well fed by hormones, sweat a
nd oil...just a hypothesis... But it would explain why vitamin A is so effective as vitamin causes skin to remove dermatophytes.
The secret is never to touch the spots
Tips on how to treat acne and achieve perfect clear skin in as little as 7 days?

If you tried Proactiv and it didnt work, make sure you had the right kit for your skin type (oily, dry, combo) and make sure you use a moisturizer with it or else you get too dry and your skin will start producing more oil. If you had all that, they make an extra strength kit too.
If you want to try something from the dermatologist, I do not recommend Accutane because of the side effects. Tetracyclene worked for me for about 4 months, but then stopped. That's when I went back to topicals and found Proactiv.
Hope that helps.

Try working from the inside out. Drink 2 T. of Braggs raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar daily for several months. You notice results in a couple of weeks. Follow the links below for complete instructions. I've been doing this for a long time with excellent results!

you have to find the right skin care for your skin type. i have acne too, and i went through many products before i finally found something that worked. i use Avene. but i also found out that not matter what you use, the most important thing is to always keep your hands clean before you touch your face.
i always disinfect my hands with hand sanitizer before putting on moisturizer or foundation.
and it's also very important to keep your makeup sponges clean, because they breed bacteria very fast.
just by doing that, my acne has started to fade away.
try it!

Ever tried Tea Tree Oil products from The Body Shop? I've heard Accutane works really well too, but the side effects are usually pretty bad(depression).

If the topical products aren't working, I would check with a doctor. You may need a prescription to clear up the problem. Hope this helps - good luck !

If u have SENSITIVE SKIN like me, you know that it is practaclly MANDITORY to be careful otherwise ull break out even more. N- E ways, Mannatech's skin line works. I do admitt though, it is a bit pricy only because it is made through japan and has everything natural. It even has lava rock stuff to clear skin, It sounds wierd but does WONDERS.
