I'm a male.
I'm 17.
I eat about only a pound of food a day or less.
I eat one meal a day.
I cannot afford more meals, all my meals are starting to taste
horrible thus it makes it hard for me to eat.
Always feels like I'm going to throw up if I try eating slightly more.
For 2 years straight I've only gone outside once a month to see my psychologist.
I don't go to school so I don't get daily walks and exercise.
I litteraly stay home the entire month before going to see my therapist. I've only been out 24 times in 2 years, and my therapist is only 10 blocks away.
I always stay home, and sit infront of my computer.
If I even try to walk or run for more than 20 seconds it gets hard to breathe, I get dizzy, and I always feel extremely weak.
Doctors told me to eat more, and exercise more, but I simply can't even if I wanted.
I'm 5'11 and I weigh 105.
I'm extremely unhealthy.
I'm in worse condition than a person of 60+ years old.
I'm tired of dealing with this problem in lif

You already know that what is happening in your life is not good.

I have to wonder if you live with your parents? And if you do how is that relationship? And if you don't live with your parents, how do you survive?

Putting that aside, are you on meds for depression? Of course you can't walk very much, you are not engaged in physical activity on a regular basis and most likely malnourished. You body has no fuel and no endurance.

The first thing I would do is consider getting a new therapist. Next thing...make a plan for what you need to eat in a day...put it all in one place...check it off your list as you eat it.

If you cannot bring yourself to eat, get some Ensure or Boost and take a multi-vitamin until you get your head straightened out.

Practice saying this out loud many, many times a day..."I love myself therefore I give my body nourishing foods and beverages that create health.

First of all you need to get to your therapist and see a docter or go to a hospital asap. My heart goes out to you because I have a 12 yr. old with medical issues who doesn't want to eat and is very small and so your problems hit close to home. Do you have family? If so ask for their help. The first step is the hardest but you have to be proactive in getting to the bottem of your problems. If its medical you can get treatment. If you struggle with depression there is treatment.

Well, for starters, if you couldn't afford food, then you couldn't afford this internet connection. But, if you really did want to eat more, you can go to charities and places like that and they can give you free food. You really should get some help. Maybe go see a doctor in addition to your therapist. Call someone on the phone, talk for a while, maybe even leave your house to go see them. That will help. i promise. If you just need someone to talk to, you can e-mail me if you need to. But do try to get some serious help.

you need to see a psychiatrist. your monthly visits with your psychologist is not working. after 2 years you should be feeling much better. you may be suffering from agoraphobia, the fear of leaving you house. you also may be suffering from extreme anxiety, causing you to throw up and not eat. you say doctors have told you to eat more, so you may start by seeing your doctor, so he can refer you to a psychiatrist, or ask you psychologist to refer you to a psychiatrist. you do not have to live this way, try to get the help you need for yourself. good luck to you, life can get better. if u cant leave the house have a family member take you.
