i have been liking this one guy for like 3 months. he is really popular and he has a girlfriend. we have done harmless flirting in the past, but nothing serious. how can i get him to see me as girlfriend material?! please help!

Try to be a 'girl friend' of his, not 'girlfriend', and that way you can find out more about him and see whether he is all that you have known about him. However, you should respect his relationship status.

Until he no longer has a girlfriend, you need to just be friendly with him. If he likes you, it will eventually work out. Wouldn't it bother you if you were the current girlfriend?

Wait til him and his girlfriend brake-up.
if you brake them up, it could be bad for you, and if he'd cheat on her for you than you dont want him anyway.
After that, talk to him, flirt with him, etc.
See where it goes.

find out what he likes to do,then learn to do similiar things only for female type ----job,cheerleader, activities,sports, etc.
