Start with a sensible approach. Lighten up on the junk food and the fast food that has hidden fast and calories. Lay off the pasta and potatoes. Increase the veggies, especially the green leafy variety. Stick with lean proteins such as chicken and fish. Get 30 minute of cardio daily. It doesn't even have to be all at one time. Ten minute increment are good enough. Add resistance training 3-5 times a week and you will soon see results. I've lost 53kg in the last 2 years. Good luck to you.

The key to weight loss is output over input. Eat 3 meals a day, limit unhealthy snacks, exercise 20-30 minutes each day. Really work up a sweat. Don't smoke (not even weed) and get 7-8 hours sleep every night. Eat healthy not trendy. Portion size is important. Good Luck Lizzie. I have faith in you. Don't try to loose too much too quickly. I'm just trying to cut back on the weed myself, then I'll exercise maybe. Forget the other crap, it just ain't realistic. Those self righteous *********** with their condescending advise obviously don't have a firkin problem. Just be brave! Pass me that pipe!

Exercise and a balanced diet are what you need to look great and be in shape. I would also try a weight loss vitamin (not supplement). I saw an ad on TV and did some research online about "The Greatest Vitamin in the World" and I saw that they have a weight loss vitamin that is clinically proven and FDA approved so I would give that a shot! The site is http://www.dontforgettotakeyourvitamins.com/paul3359 if your wondering.

subtract somewhere between a 10 to 30% of your food portion and find an exercise routine that can work with your schedule.. walking is one of the best things, so if you're a walking commuter... do a route that will be 10 to20 minutes longer.... also stay away from junkfood and sweets as much as possible

Try some of the exercises below to tone your muscles. And while these are very effective, you won't be able to see the fruits of your labor unless you also watch what you eat. Good luck!
