...........or those with the ability to heal who do not do it in the name of Jesus?

I believe that those who heal by faith, but not in the name of Jesus are equally effective and of equal validity. Neither Satan nor God is behind either. Those who are successful are simply exercising their own faith and energy.

Too, I believe that the ability to "heal" is limited by the ability of the person in need of healing to heal themselves. Those with the gift of "healing" are more facilitators than healers.

That's my own take.

of course not! But it is a FACT that people have refused medical treatment claiming that Jesus would heal them...only to die of something a doctor could have cured.

No. There's an awful lot of trickery in this world. They prey on the weak, the gullible, and the desperate.

Some are false and some are real.
Didn't Christ say that it was
your faith that has made you whole.

All placebos work on those who believe!
But there CANNOT be anything medically wrong with them, only psychological problems.
