Is there any special exercise that will help my abs? i do around 500 crunches a night, ive lost around 10 pounds in a few months, but I dont really notice a difference around my stomach. Any suggestions?

Crunches tighten up the stomach muscles but if there is fat on the stomach you don't really see it. You have to lose the fat, which can only happen by losing weight. I know I have abs of steel somewhere.........

Crunches are great, but there are some other good ab exercises, as well, that target other ab muscles (see below).

Keep up the exercise and watch what you eat to keep losing the weight. You'll get to where you want to be if you keep it up!

im trying to do the same thing... im confused to. so if you get a good answer let me know. ive been doing crunches, 6-inches, leg lifts, and bicycle kicks. ive just started last week, so.. i dont know yet if its working.
