Mainly someone u barely know.. U like them from far... U dont know if their going out with someone... I know i could start the friend thing but ive had issues that when we become 2 close of friends they refuse to go further. Its really hard for me..cus im shy and yes i know thats a weakness but some advise would probably help me on how to go about asking this girl out if im ever to have a chance.. Appreciate the help and your time..

Just walk right up say hi my name isbob and I was wondering if you would like to get together and go to a movie or dinner or whatever? In other words just go for it the worst that happens is shewill say no. I've been there. Best thing to do with female friends is to remain misterious to a certain degree. If she knows too much about you she will lose interest because there would be no point in dating you. Once you've been friends for a while and you start liking her.. just gradually start treating her like a love interest. Flirt with her, and complement her clothes every once in a while. But do this GRADUALLY over time. Then if she starts flirting back.. ask her out. Bingo

I have the same stuff u deal with! its not fun, and i am afraid of what my friend would say if i asked him out!
i think that u just need to ask her out slowly and calmly and mybe just tell her you'll go to her favorite place or sumthing!
Liven up the date with a dance after dinner and talk to her gently and slowly. Tell her how u feel about her, then slowly kiss her!
its Romantic and sweet! this is how i would like to be treated....
maybe her too!! =)
