Before you serve the entree though, offer mezedes (salad, stewed vegetables, cheese, koukia, whatever) with some small glasses of Ouzo.

Ouzo is a 100% Greek product and Greece's National drink.

Greek wine is great! I usually enjoy a nice Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc when I eat Greek food.
