last year i met this guy, we had a class together and we became pretty good friends. We are in the same group of friends, but he was always staring and flirting. he usually told me i looked good and a few times my friend had caught him checking me out. when we talked he always leaned right in and acted like i was the only one in the room. (the only thing was that its the way he talks to everyone) but like i say it was like i was the only one in the room. and i though he liked me.but when he graduated, i talked to him about it and he said he could see himself dating someone like me but he never liked me that way. it was awkward for awhile, but now he pretty well acts like a friend toward me. did he like me at all? do i still have a chance? im 2 years younger than him, and im so confused....hes leaving for a couple years, and i have a lot of fun with him. i just really wanna know whats going on without ruining our friendship.

It depends what you was wearing because you say he likes staring and flirting and he always leaned right in and acted like u was the only one in the room. That could be signs that you probably was wearing something sexy that he likes, could be a sneaky pervert or maybe it the age difference. Don't stress it there are more guys or soul mates that waiting to meet a beautiful girl like you. He probably say something that's not related to the issue or it just a excuse. But it up to you and also there will be guys that you better fun like go to the park,or what you like to do.

It sounds like he might have had feelings for you but if he told you he only liked you as friends then maybe that was all it was. All you can do is show that you are more interested in him than just a friend and see what happens, I seriously doubt you will lose him as a friend by simply suggesting that you would like a relationship with him. Good Luck!

aww im sorry to say if he told you that... but at least he is honest about it.. i know his type... he is a outgoing guy.. actualy sound like me.. and he flirts with every girl but the bad thing is he doesnt even know it.. cause its his personality.. leave him as your best friend.. cuase thats all its going to be.. you already talked about it so there shouldnt be no more questions.. stay in touch with him but dont expect to much more then best friends.. he may think your cute but he is leaving soon no need to try and have long distance relationship you know.. if he likes you he will come back to you.. and tell you.. but im sorry to say.. i believe he is just a flirty guy and you fell for him.. love him as a friend and be ther for him.. im sure you guys will have many more times together to create fun memories.. good luck
