alright here is the thing i am a procrastinator and today is friday night and next wednesday i leave for Flordia now i have abs but is their any possible way i can get rid of that fat in this amount of time...what should i do

You can make a noticeable difference in the amount of time you have. First of all, do at least 45 minutes of good cardio each day. As far as diet, a juice fast will flatten your belly the most. Drink any type of juice you want, 16 oz., 3 times a day. You will be hungry the first day, but after that you won't be.

Dude, tell yourself the truth. If you over-excercise you may develope some wierd mucsle disorder, but if you don't do anything, nothing will happen. I'd say to stay away from diet pills and just work out, ya know.

Before a competition, Body builders try to make their muscles look great (Cut)..They consume NO CARBOHYDRATES for a week to 10 days, maybe this will help you, stay away from juice...it is full of carbohydrates (sugar)
