I also feel my ear click when I swallow, tingling on my face and arm. My ears itch. I also feel stiff around my jaw and ear. When I cleaned my ear with a q-tip it hurt like an infection. No Dr. saw what it was. What is it and what should I do? Is this something serious? I also feel pressure around my eyes. Sudafed does not help. Would Mucinex clear up the clicking in the ear and sinus pressure?

All it takes is the wrong move to get your neck muscles to go into spasm and all the nerves coming out of your neck get pressured or worse, pinched. Try some aspirin or naproxin right away with 10 mins of ice on the back of your neck. You could also try laying on your back and pushing up gently on the base of your skull to give your neck a little stretch. Next you should see a chiropractor.
I went to a chiropractor for years and found the heating & electrical stimulation ('stim') plus the twisting he does really helped long term. Also, there are no needles and it happens pretty quickly.

Stiffness.... I really don't know. But if you tilt your head and it hurts in your arm.... that's a nerve problem, dude. You got to get that checked out but don't panick, your NOT going to die.
