Spring Break is in about 4 weeks. I am 5" 1' and weigh about 100 pounds. I want to lose 5 pounds so my bathing suits fit me well. But, every time I do crunches, my muscle gets round, yes, that can happen. I don't eat junk food and I don't eat snacks but I eat low fat/ fat free food and a lot of fruits and veggies. I want to feel good about myself and I NEED HELP!! Nothing seems to make any difference. thanks<3 PS: I am a semi vegetarian so I eat fish, but I still don't get enough protein... help w/ that too please

5''1' and 100 lbs sound slim
add more tofu to your diet--i find makeing a stir fry works best at flavoring it.
also add veggie burgers (some have alot of protein), and there are lots fo good fake meats out there.

umm first off, you sound like you're on the road to anorexia because you are not fat at all for your height and you should well fit into a nice bathing suit.
second off...being a vegeterian will only make you fatter because you're also supposed to eat meat being a human being. aside from the fact that it's not natural many meat "substitutions" (like tofu and vegi burgers) are made of soy and soy will make you gain a hell of a lot of weight.
soy is also really hard for your body to actually digest (even though there are some health benefits of it)
its really best for a starving ethiopion because its the cheapest and easiest and minimalistic way of putting meat on your bones.
if you are so concerned about weight eat only 2 times a day and make those two times what you absolutely want. this way you'll be satisfied and not want to eat.
ex (lets say you want KFC...eat a meal or eat a mashed potato bowl) with some soda and you wont go over 1000 calories or 30 grams of fat.
sounds high but if you eat it sometime in the afternoon you'll be full for a couple of hours. next time you're ready for something go a little healthier with a nice salad or soup (just not bleu cheese). that should keep you full for the rest of the day/night.

keep in mind the normal adult should have 2000 cal and 65 grams of fat. with your kfc and salad you wont go over and in fact you will be under.
do that for 4 weeks and by the time spring break rolls around you'll have lost that 5 lbs.

Yeah, you need help alright. You need to understand that you look just fine the way you are. You don't need to loose 5 pounds. I am sure your bathing suit will look just fine the way your are.
