I really want to get some muscle on my body. I'm already skinny enough, so I definitely don't want to lose weight. I want to learn about some excerises that I can do to build muscle all over my body but not to burn fat (or burn very little fat).

If you really want to add mass, you need to eat 5 or six meals per day- smaller meals. This keeps your metabolism up. They should be pasta or rice, and meat. Throw some veggies in to keep yourself regular. You will be eating sometimes when you're not hungry.

The other half is high weight/ low rep weight lifting. If you can do more than 7 or 8 reps of any exercise, then it's not heavy enough.

Squats and bench press break down the largest muscles in the body and help kick you into all over muscle growth.

Do this 5 days a week for a month and you'll like what you see.

Actually its ok to burn fat. If you burn fat your muscles will become more defined. Muscles weigh more than fat, thus, if you burn fat and build muscle you will not lose weight. In fact, you might gain weight. Since you are skinny to begin with, the muscle you build will show very quickly. If you lift weights do not worry about losing weight. If you run miles and miles and do not lift weights, then you should worry about losing weight.
