I am lactose intolerant and yogurt has never given me a problem. But if your worried it will, there is a chewable tablet called Lactaid that you take right before you eat dairy. It contains a natural enzyme that helps break down lactose. It's available over the counter at most drugstores. I have used this product before and it works very well.

Hi there, I am lactose intolerant, and I am able to eat the Light Yogurt just fine. I can't eat the regular yogurt though for some odd reason.

I'm lactose intolerant I can' t eat the good ice creams, like Seal test. But I can eat small amounts of the cheeper brands. It really depends on the product ( for me ) I eat yogurt, so far no bad reactions. eat in small quantities, just in case the product does'nt agree with you. You should know your body better than us.
