Out of those three- cornflakes and yoghurt.
having nothing is no good as it does not kick off your metabolism, so you do not get a good start to the day! It will not perk you up, and you are likely to snack more during the day.
Not bacon sandwich, especially not if you fry it (eww! i dont eat meat so i would say this lol) but it isnt nearly as healthy, doesnt provide you with many nutrients
cereal and yoghurt is good and by far tastes the best! This gives you iron, calcium, and fills you up.

If you want other ideas, try porridge (breaks down slowly which means you wont be hungry for ages and will keep burning cals), eggs (scrambled, poached, etc) fruit and yoghurt

Plain Oatmeal with skim milk and a dash of honey or one of the sugar substitutes. Do not use sugar if you must sweeten your oatmeal.

1/2 of a whole grain bagel or 1-2 pcs whole wheat toast (no butter, just a little natural fruit spread.

1 banana, orange or 1/2 grapefruit

1 cup of hot green tea or 1 cup of water

Kashi raisin & spice instant oatmeal. Comes in a packet, add 1/2 cupboiling water, mix, and wait 2 mins. It has 150 cals and loaded with fiber, protein among other things. I toss in some additional raisins or dried cranberries before adding the water to make it a little sweeter.

I'm a believer in having a portion of lean protein, a complex carb, and fiber in the morning. One of my favorite breakfasts is:

1. Egg Beaters omlette with low fat cheese
2. Fresh orange juice or orange slices (preferred)
3. Whole grain toast with margarine and Simply Fruit blend

The protein will sustain you, the carbs will give you energy and the fibre will fill you up.

Depends on who you ask. Atkin's and South Beach-ers say eggs, bacon, sausage and decaf tea of coffee. The FDA says ceral, fruit, toast, skim milk, etc. Asian and sea faring cultures say rice, soup and some sort of meat. Lots of people eat leftovers, such as fried rice and refried beans. The important thing about breakfast is to eat it, with in 2 hours of waking up. Eat things that are high in protean, complex carbs and low in refined sugars and chemical fats.

Not sure what is the healthiest, but I find a small bottle of vodka at breakfast, mixed with fresh orange juice, certainly puts a smile on my face for the rest of the morning
