It's always flattering to find out someone likes you, even if you don't like them back! It's not weird at all!

I'm a girl and honestly a girl does find it quite flattering if someone asks them out. We don't think it's weird that you would want to date us or like us but we might think you're a little weird. The truth hurts, huh? good luck

I'm just one example, but I would be flattered. I might even take the guy up on an offer to go out, so I could get to know him more. Maybe it could become a lasting relationship.

It depends on whether you can tell if they're lying or not...
If I knew they were lying, I'd be kinda insulted because I'd know they were trying to score with as many people as possible...
but if it was genuine, I'd definitely be flattered :) That means out of all the people they know they picked you already, even though they may not know you too well.

Girls are always flattered by a guy professing his love because it takes courage, regardless of whether he's a close friend or a not-so-close friend.

it's always nice to be liked, not in a weird way though. i hate it when men stare at me in public. it makes me really uncomfortable. it is not weird if you tell someone that you don't know that well that you really like them. just don't blurt out something as strong as "i love you" after meeting them at some party. say something nice such as "i really like spending time with you or talking to you," something that conveys the "liking" message without coming off as too strong too fast or as too rash. good luck!

I wouldn't think it was weird, I mean, if someone just randomnly came up to me and they weren't giving any signs beforehand, maybe.
But I think it's cute when I know that someone who I don't talk to a lot or hardly ever constantly looks at me. Haha, it's nice.

it honestly depends on who the guys is. if she finds you annoying and weird, then she's not going to like it and find it weird. she'll prolly aviod you. if she likes you and thinks your cute she'll be really excited and would like the follow up of being asked out on a date.

well i suppose it really depends. sometimes if the guy is a friend girls think that it might ruin a friendship... other times if the guy is a friend the girl might think that it is sweet of him and might just say yes...
