that sounds alright, although unless you have some amazing will power I doubt you will be able to stick to the diet, it sounds pretty tough. Careful with the cereal, and if you are going to do this, make sure you are eating plenty of food. Without meat you will develop a protein insufficiency, unless you eat about 15 of the eggs per day, I wouldn't bet on any significant muscle gain. You don't start burning fat till after 20 min. of exercise, so I would recommend a minimum of 40-45 minutes on the bike.

P.S. running or swimming will do you much better

I would limit the eggs to three a week, and add some lean protein such as chicken, and fish. You also need to include low-fat dairy into your diet.
If you are biking, make sure that you are getting your heart rate up to at least 65% of max. Take 220 - age and multiply that number by .65

Exercise is great for weight loss as well as the healthy foods you mentioned. You can also try a weight loss vitamin. I saw an ad on TV for "The Greatest Vitamin in the world" and I hear it works wonders for weight loss. It's all clinically proven and FDA approved so it must be that good! I found the site it's http://www.dontforgettotakeyourvitamins.com/paul3359 if your interested.

it would work.. but you need your protein. so try to get some meats in there, unless your a vegeterian. then try soy, or tofu products. and the cereal, make sure its not cereal with marshmellows, and colorful lol. good luck to ya!

I think this is an unhealthy thing to do. This is basically starving yourself. When you starve yourself, your metabolism shuts down. So, you don't have any energy to exercise. So, your body pulls out extra body fat to survive on. So, this fat will show up... not good.

Depending on how many carbs and calories you would be eating sounds like you could but it all depends on how much of each food you eat
