well i guess its probably that ur lips are not that attractive so try to gloss it up more. Set up a romantic place and mood and eat dinner at ur house or his with candles lit and lights closed and soft music and then when the time is right, hell start to kiss u. Or u can do the first kiss and hell continue it next time because he knows that ur comfortable kissing him. yea he probably just shy. U guys been together long?
