I think you mean REBEL. The only time I ever heard of revel, is this chocolate swirl ice cream called Chocolate Revel and I don't even know what that means in relation to chocolate.
Its ok to be a rebel, but not a constant troublemaker. If everyone rebelled, constantly, the world would be chaotic.

It depends. Rebels push the limits. Jesus Christ was certainly a rebel.
If you are breaking the rules because you don't like being bossed around, maybe you have a problem. If you are always seeing a better way to do things, then your rebellion may be a good thing.

If you mean 'rebel', then it depends on what you are rebelling against. If you rebel against God, yes, that is very wrong. Satan did that, and will suffer for all eternity for it.
However, it is NOT wrong to rebel against the very wrong ways of this world, its religions, politics, styles, practices, life-styles, etc.. In that sense, Christianity is a religion of rebels.
