3 days. In any contract you have three days to change your mind and cancel the contract, this is a federal law. If they say differently call them on it.

Contact your state's licensing agency for used car dealers, they can tell you all the laws/regs for your state. Usually, used car sales are "as is", no warranty, no return, but if the dealer failed to disclose info to you, that's a whole different ball game. Good luck.

Unless you have a signed piece of paper from the seller saying you can bring it back if somethings wrong with it, you cant bring it back. even if you buy a new car your not likely to be allowed to bring it back without massive penalty fees incurring.

depends if you bought it as is then sorry but if you bought at dealer or private dealer with e-tests, safety you might have up to 1-3 months but that's only if you find a flaw with your car, if it is dealer they might give in the shop credit,if even luckier you might even get your money back
