You can lose 2-3lb maximum, or you will be losing muscle and this will increase your body fat percentage. Best to lose 1-2lb per week to be on the safe side.

132 is a pretty low weight so I wouldnt go more then 2-3 pounds a week. Exercise every day and eat a well balanced diet. You may also want to try a weight loss vitamin (not supplement). I saw an ad on TV about "The Greatest Vitamin in the World" and it works wonders. It's clinically proven and FDA approved so I'd go with that. The healthy amount of weight for a person to lose per week is about 2 pounds. If you're obese and weight like 100 LBS overweight then it's around 5 pounds.

But make sure if you do lose weight that it's fat you're losing, not muscle. Losing muscle, rather than fat is what's bad for health and is going to increase your bodyfat %.

At that weight, 2 pounds. Three AT MOST.

Anything over than 2-3 pounds would be either muscle loss or water weight loss. It's just not really possible to lose more than that unless you are reallllllly heavy.

2 pounds a wk is a healthy weight loss. 132 isnt bad at all. just eat healthy, exercise and drink alot of water. dont diet just adapt a healthy lifestyle and you should be fine.

With the usual exercise and change of diet yadda yadda yadda being about 20 years of age or older and from experience, I'd say 5 lbs.

About 2 lbs, depending on your height, I think your a good weight.
